This calculator calculates the pace you need to run on the run phase of your race in order to finish in your goal time.

and then enter the number of minutes per “cycle” you are going to
run and walk. For example, a “9/1” would be entered as “9 minutes
run, 1 minute walk”. The default walking pace is 15 minutes per
mile.
