Running Tips and Advice

Below are links to some advice based on my own experiences – I would never claim to be an expert, but, having run more than 50 races over the past couple of years, including 15 marathons and 5 ultra marathons, I have been on a steep learning curve which could save you making many of the same mistakes I have, and, in my experience, we can all learn from other runners. If there was one piece of advice I would give anyone, it is this: Training is everything. The more you work in training, the better you will race, or, as the Navy Seals put it “The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in battle”.
